LIN Chun-Ta

LIN CHUN-TA

Born in 1997 in Taipei, Taiwan, Lin received his Master of Fine Arts from Taipei National University of the Arts. His work focuses on the concepts of “boundary” and “ambiguity,” drawing inspiration from everyday phenomena and ordinary objects. Through diverse methods and materials, he explores the nature and conditions of art.
 

Recent solo exhibitions include Orogeny Art Space (2026), Frontier (2025), and Hsinchu City Art Site of Railway Warehouse (2024). Selected group exhibitions have been held at WMM Art Space (2025), Mizuiro Workshop (2024), and Zit-Dim Art Space (2023).
 

His work has received several recognitions, including selection for the Taiwan Emerging Art Awards (2025, 2022), the First Prize of Next Art Tainan (2024), selection for the National Art Exhibition R.O.C. (2023, 2021), the Second Prize of the Contemporary Sculpture Lih Pao Prize (2023), and the Second Prize of the NKUST Young Artist Collections Open Call (2021).

1997年出生於臺灣臺北,畢業於國立臺北藝術大學美術學系碩士班,生活、創作於臺北。其個人致力於複合媒材各種形式的創作,作品脈絡多發想自對「邊界」和「模糊」的理解以及日常生活中平凡的材料與現象,並透過不同創作手法和多元媒材的互動,思考藝術的本質。近期個展於噪山藝術空間(2026)、邊境黑白切(2025)、新竹市鐵道藝術村(2024),聯展於未命名藝術空間(2025)、水色藝術工坊(2024)、節點藝術空間(2023)等地。作品曾獲得臺灣美術新貌獎入選(2025、2022)、臺南新藝獎(2024)、全國美術展入選(2023、2021)、當代雕塑麗寶創作獎特獎(2023)以及國立高雄科技大學青年藝術家典藏徵件典藏獎(2021)等。
